Nagad Limited is a leading mobile financial service provider in Bangladesh, revolutionizing digital payments for both consumers and businesses. As a Marketing Communication Executive, I was responsible for branding, promoting campaigns, and elevating the brand’s presence across owned and paid media.
I managed branding and campaign promotion across Nagad’s website, app, and social channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience that fostered engagement and customer loyalty.
I led high-impact promotional campaigns across 30+ TV channels, 130+ news portals, print media, and billboards, amplifying the brand’s visibility through strategic cross-channel reach. Managing an average of 8 campaigns simultaneously, I maximized media partnerships to drive engagement and conversion, contributing to national and international accolades, including recognition in prestigious awards.
In addition, I had the honor of being one of the jurors in selecting Nagad’s current logo, contributing to the company’s refreshed brand identity. I also supported trade marketing and BTL activities, ensuring the brand’s offline presence, including billboards, aligned with its digital strategy.

Uber is a global technology company that revolutionized the transportation industry by introducing ride-hailing services through a user-friendly mobile app. Founded in 2009, Uber has expanded its offerings to include food delivery (Uber Eats), freight, and various mobility solutions across the world, constantly innovating in urban mobility and sustainability.
During my tenure at Uber, I played a pivotal role in the launch and sustainable growth of the Uber CNG service by developing and delivering targeted training programs. I actively collaborated on software application enhancements to improve safety and service quality, ensuring a seamless experience for both drivers and riders. Additionally, I led key driver engagement initiatives and oversaw regional arrear recovery efforts, significantly boosting compliance and financial performance indicators. My role also involved effectively communicating company policies through both digital and in-person channels, fostering a strong safety culture and increasing awareness of legal protocols among stakeholders.
Supply Chain Management Intern (Commercial)
Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited is one of the largest electronics and home appliance manufacturers in Bangladesh, with a growing global presence. Its refrigerator segment alone captures over 75% of the market share in Bangladesh, making it a household name across the country.
During my internship at Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited, I worked in the Refrigerator and Compressor division, supporting the Commercial Supply Chain operations. My responsibilities included handling banking procedures for LC (Letter of Credit) opening and closing, managing critical shipping documents such as PI, PO, and Bill of Lading, and ensuring smooth documentation flow.
I was also involved in determining appropriate Incoterms for international shipments, tracking fund availability, and maintaining constant coordination with banks and key stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of commercial transactions.

The Daily Star is the leading English-language daily newspaper in Bangladesh, renowned for its independent journalism and wide readership both nationally and internationally. Since its inception in 1991, it has maintained a strong print and digital presence, delivering credible news and in-depth analyses across diverse topics.
As a Digital Marketing Intern, I was involved in creating media kits, designing digital campaigns, and negotiating pricing for digital spaces such as the website and social media platforms. I also assisted in producing campaign materials, monitored their proper execution, and prepared reports and presentations to track performance and support client communications.
